Roomy bathroom, with full size tub for soaking. Enjoy the garden view as you relax in the living room. Parking is always a breeze on this dead-end, quiet street. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen and living room and bathroom, no sharing necessary. The washer and dryer are shared with the tenant. Other things to note There is detergent on the blue wire shelves near the washer. It only takes one spoonful. Please clean dryer lint filter after use.
