I can assure you a great time at my listing. 1.In regards to electricity Consumption Booking fee covers 40KiloWatts of electrical units per week of free electricity units which is usually enough to last your stay. Upon exhaustion you may request a top up hence air conditioning which consumes a lot of units can be used comfortably at your convenience. The 40kilowatts sustains an Ac usage of max 10hrs per day however upon exhaustion or for longer usage hours top ups can be purchased by guests. Or can be sent through resolution centre on Airbnb as an extra charge. For 24hrs Ac per day it’s an extra charge of $5 a day to the booking fee There is an outdoor reader so you can comfortably monitor electricity consumption. Pre paid units means you can definitely relax at Nalux worry free and can cozy in with units top ups with cash. In Ghana however there are occasional power outages due to heavy electric strain and few suppliers, please do note there’s generator provision however air conditioning cannot be used with the generator power , the generator is also a bit loud when on. In the event of a power outage however power is usually restored within a few minutes/hours depending on if it’s due to maintenance/fault During your stay you may request extra cleaning @$5 per full house cleaning besides the first and last week of the booking which is free. 3. WiFi is available in data packages @$10 (5gb) per week and $50 (25gb) per month which comes with premium WiFi everyday Due to varied guests data consumption , initial complimentary 5gb (weekly) and 20gb (monthly ) data is provided as part of the booking.
