One half of original farmhouse on large property in center of town. Big private garden with barbeque. Large veranda. Living area and main bedroom accessed from 1 entrance. Please note that 2nd bedroom has totally separate entrance leading from veranda & access is from stoep, therefor not suitable for couples with small children. Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement only. Pet house rules apply. Old water reservoir turned into swimming pool that is shared between 5 houses on property. Wi FI. The space Old farmhouse where owners have preserved some of the original features - high wooden ceilings. Large veranda overlooking garden that is not fenced in. Old water reservoir has been converted into swimming pool, which is for the private use of guests staying in the 5 houses on the property. House has 2 bedrooms - can accommodate minimum 2, maximum 4 people. *Base price is for 2 people. Guests 3 & 4: R300 per person extra per night. **If house is booked for 2 people only - a couple - 2nd bedroom will not be available for use. If 2 singles book and would like to book 2nd bedroom as well - surcharge of R150 applicable - payable directly to property.** In center of town - when you walk out of the property gate you are surrounded by well known restaurants, gift shops & art galleries. Wi fi Guest access Swimming pool for private use of guests. Please be respectful towards other guests by following house rules, which includes no day visitors. Extra visitors using pool means that all guests staying on property can not enjoy pool. Other things to note * No day visitors or extra guests staying over are allowed. This is in order for all guests staying in 5 houses to enjoy the property & pool. *Wi-fi *NO loud music or parties allowed *Base price is for 2 people. Guests 3 & 4: R300 per person extra per night. If 2 singles would like to book & use both bedrooms - this has to be communicated during booking process. Surcharge of R150 will be applicable. * Stays of longer than 6 nights, receives 1 complimentary refresh cleaning service. This is following only: Changing of linen and bath towels, Sweeping and mopping of house. Sweeping of verandah & cleaning of braai. Cleaning of bathroom. If guests require additional cleaning services, this to be arranged beforehand and is at an extra cost. * Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement only. Pls note that as per photo garden of ahoy 3 is not fenced in. Pet fee of R100 per pet is applicable. Maximum 2 small to medium dogs. Pet house rules apply. PET HOUSE RULES: •Only socially friendly pets welcome: to other humans and to other pets. •Pets to bring own beds, bedding and towels. Sofas and beds are strictly for human use only. •Owners are responsible for cleaning up of all pet poopies, around the house as well as around other people’s gardens during stay & before departure. •Pets are not to be left by themselves under any circumstances. Inside or outside the house. •Pet owners are responsible for all damage caused by pets, either by teeth, claws, bad potty training or territorial markings. •Pets are not allowed to do any gardening, replanting or composting. •All hair left behind by pets are the sole responsibility of the pet owner, and should be dealt with before departure. •Pets are not allowed in communal areas, ie swimming pool area if there are already other guests at pool.
