Charming 3-room flat friendly Paris District (Aug)
Description
French-German-Chilean Couple with 2 kids (12 and 5 year old) renting our 65m2 flat weekly from saturday to saturday (eventually friday to friday) only in August. Located in the Charonne District (20th Arrondissement of Paris), friendly district with a lot of shops (Bakery downstairs and its Croissant smell under our windows) , restaurants and cafés without being noisy. The famous Père Lachaise Cemetery is 5 min walk away (to greet Jim Morrisson, Molière, Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde,...). The space 65m2 flat with much natural light coming in and well heated in each room in an 1910 old building. The flat and its 3 rooms has been renewed in 2012 all with windows to the streets but with double glas (not much noise). It includes - big living room with kitchen of 30m2 renewed in 2021 with table for 6 and 2 bed-couchs for 2 persons each - 2 bathrooms each with a shower, a WC and sink - 1 bedroom of 18m2 with Queen Size bed for 2 persons (200cm x 160cm) with 1 small office work station and a wardrobe If necessary either: - 1 bedroom of 15m2 with one bed (200cm x 90cm) with another materas Flat perfect for maximum 6 adults / kids and 1 baby. Ideal for a couple with kids. Guest access You will access all the flat which will be only for you except one room closed, meaning one living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All you can see in the flat can be used (and does not need to be replaced) by you. It includes towels, kitchen mobs and bed sheets. The flat will be handed over cleaned and has to me given back clean again. All necessary products and tools (vaccuum cleaner,...) are at disposal. Other things to note Please read everything carrefully and check the availability (only august) before sending me a message.
