We welcome you to our 3-star gîte in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. You will be in a quiet environment. We can offer you an à la carte stay according to your wishes. The space 90 m² accommodation in a property in the countryside on a 10,000 m² site, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. The ocean is 30 minutes away for water activities or beach fun. Guest access The vacation rental is composed of 3 bedrooms: - one bedroom with a 90 bed and a 140 bed - the second bedroom with a 140 bed - the third bedroom with 1 pull-out bed and a baby bed - Option to convert the living room sofa into a double bed You will also have a living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped American kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, 4-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. A washing machine is available in the kitchen. The childcare kit is complete (bed, bathtub, highchair, stroller, etc.). Please ask us. Two additional bedrooms (4 people) are available for your stay for an extra fee. Other things to note You will have all the services you might need close by: gas station, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, the post office, the tourist office, doctors, pharmacies, and restaurants.
