Modern and newly finished garden annexe within walking distance of the Ceredigion Coastal Path. Breakfast items included (see photos ). Off road parking adjacent to accommodation. You can explore West Wales by car or leave the car behind and explore the variety of coastal paths, villages, beaches and 18 hole Golf Course nearby. The space Think of it as a Studio Bungalow. The space is all you need to base yourself for a few days on the west coast; it's bright, airy and spacious. Completed in July 2021 includes a breakfast preparation area, lounge area with sofa & 32" TV complete with Netflix and a multitude of free to view channels, dining area with table and stools and of course a king size bed to rest your head after a day on the coast. There is a separate small shower room in the corner complete with wash hand basin and toilet. Please note that the shower height is 195cm so may be an inconvenience for tall people. You are welcome to use the outside space, sit outside enjoy the sunshine or stars (weather permitting). The garden has been recently redesigned and planted. Guest access The Annexe is situated in the rear garden and can be accessed by the adjacent driveway. Parking in front of the wooden gate is only a few feet from the Annexe entrance. Our house is situated at the entrance to a small cul-de-sac surrounded by farmland. Access by car is easy. There is a guest parking space on the drive. The surrounding roads are single track and take you to Cardigan town 3 miles away where there are plenty of shops for all you will need. Other things to note We live in a house in a small rural neighbourhood like any other. The accommodation is situated in our garden. It is mainly me and my husband staying here and we will be around the garden from time to time doing maintenance, cutting the grass, that sort of thing. Although it is very quiet around here and you are welcome to sit out in the garden, unlikely you will have total seclusion.
