Sandsend Pavilion offers stylish,comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 twins) each with sea view with 3 ensuite shower rooms and 2 bath/shower rooms so everyone can enjoy their own dedicated shower/bathing facilities. With 2 groundfloor bedrooms the house is a popular choice for groups which include elderly people or guests with mobility issues. The large lawn and patio with sea views are perfect for barbecues. Private parking for up to 4 cars. The space The Pavilion is a great place for a family or friends reunion. The house was formerly the home of Sandsend Tennis Club and with its large sea-facing patio and tennis court size lawn it's easy to imagine its past history. The glorious Sandsend beach stretching 2 miles' to Whitby at low tide is only 100 metres' walk from the house and with several cafes, restaurants and a good pub all in walking distance it makes the perfect destination for a memorable seaside holiday. The house has the benefit of up to 4 dedicated parking places, 2 large flatscreen freeview TVs with a Sky Sports/Entertainment package available in sitting room and broadband access with bedlinen and towels included and all power and fuel supplied. One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement (please mention when requesting to book). The Pavilion has good disabled access with two ground floor bedrooms, one of which has its own large ensuite wetroom designed to be disabled and wheelchair friendly whilst also catering for the able-bodied. The property is ideally situated in a quiet spot away from the main road but close to the beach and all facilities. With glorious coastal walks and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and Cleveland Way close at hand The Pavilion is the perfect base for a walking holiday but also works incredibly well for large groups of friends or family wanting to holiday together or celebrate a birthday/special occasion in style. Not suitable for stag/hen parties or parties of exclusively young people (under 25). No smoking. In school holidays we only accept 7 night minimum bookings and our changeover day when booking a 7 night stay is Saturday. Other start days are possible outside school holiday periods. We accept one dog for which there will be a charge of £35. Please advise us in advance of booking so this charge can be added to the cost.
