The apartment is located in the owner's house, built in 2015, with a choice mainly of ecological and healthy materials. The accommodation is hopefully warm and comfortable. Outside you have a nice terrace with panoramic views, tables and chairs and 2 relaxing chairs. Ideal for a base camp, alpine leisure (skiing, hiking, climbing, walking...). The area of the gîte: 25 m on the ground floor, and 15 m on the mezzanine (under slope). The space The location of the gîte without other houses nearby, quiet and calm place, beautiful views, and quick access to the Fournel Valley to go on hiking trails, mountain biking, climbing, kayaking... The gite has a bedroom with a double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine accessible by a solid wood staircase. Guest access A parking space is located on the side of the road with an independent path to access the gite. The neighborhood is very quiet, there are no neighbors close to the house and you have a beautiful view overlooking the valley. The city center is a 5-minute drive and a 20-minute walk away. Other things to note Enjoy a short stay in autumn, the colors are very beautiful while waiting for the snow in early December.
