The space Nice duplex apartment " LES 5 CLEFS" totally renovated at the end of 2018, in a very cosy spirit, composed like this: Ground floor: * entrance with cupboard * WC with hand washing machine * semi-open kitchen (partially closed by a canopy) fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, toaster,...) overlooking a dining room and then the living room equipped with a convertible sofa offering an additional bed of quality * ground floor access to a terrace overlooking the steeple of the church of Gérardmer FLOOR: * 1 master bedroom with 160x200 bed (lake view) * 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 twin beds that can be transformed into 1 large double bed (this bedroom overlooks the forest) * 1 shower room (large walk-in shower), toilet and small laundry area with washing/drying machine. A box is available in front of the private entrance of the apartment, to store skis for example. THE MOST OF THIS ACCOMMODATION: * 100m from the market square (Thursday and Saturday) * 400m from Albert Ferry Square (city center) * 800m from the lake (10 minutes walk) * very nice open view of Gérardmer, while being quiet * apartment refurbished, with a very neat decoration and quality amenities * flexibility on arrival and departure time (and possibility to stay à la carte according to reservations already made) * cleaning, bed linen and towels included in the price * grocery items (salt, pepper, oil, sugar,...) in the apartment * equipment for nice evenings: fondue maker, raclette,..., soft plaid,... the goal is really to have a good time in a cozy environment. * baby equipment on request (umbrella bed with a real mattress, high chair, bathtub, deckchair,...) and games available * accommodation completely NON-SMOKING please AND WITHOUT PETS.
