In Gruyère, close to the mountains and the lake!

Our house is welcoming and warm, located in a residential area of the village of Avry-devant-Pont. We are fortunate to live in the beautiful Gruyère region and to be located near the lake. Many opportunities for sightseeing and leisure await you! The space The house is on 3 floors, with a lower ground floor, the entrance. On the upper ground floor you will find a living room, open kitchen, storage room, toilet and office. Upstairs, a game room, 2 children's bedrooms and the master bedroom. Outside, a large balcony with cozy corner, and a second terrace with lawn, ping pong table and various children's games.
