Villa Zilverduin is the perfect hideout for your stylish beach holiday. Only 500m from the beach and recently fully renovated spacious villa with lots of living space and light, furnished with design furniture and hotel quality beds. The villa has a spacious private garden with a large deck terrace, and fully equipped, lots of privacy, child friendly. A fireplace for colder days and plenty of entertainment: cinema, pingpong, trampoline. Enjoy the luxury and design! The space The villa has a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining table seating 8. There are 4 bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, 2 kingsize beds, 1 queensize beds and two single beds. There is space for two cots for younger children, availabe at the premises upon request. The large basement holds a cinema and a ping pong table and a seperate pantry/laundry area with another entrance. Note: the villa is not suitable to bring pets. Guest access On Ameland trasportation is possible with (rental)biks, bus, taxi and car. There are two parking places on the premises. Other things to note Included in the price: bedlinen, towels, beachtowels, kitchen towels, end cleaning, tourist taxes, reservation costs. High season rentals are 7 day minimum, checkins and checkouts on Fridays. Off season rentals are 7, 4 or 3 days, checkins/checkouts on Fridays and Mondays. Note: the villa is not suitable to bring pets.
