This self-contained and private studio is located close to the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Airport and Fortitude Valley. With secure and separate access, you can easily come and go as you please. Located only minutes walk from transport hubs (Northern Busway and Albion Train Station), Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, vibrant cafes & restaurants. Only certain dog breeds are accepted as we have a child on the premises. If your dog is 15kg or larger please send a request before booking. The space This open-plan studio is positioned behind a small, quiet house and features its own recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. A large paved courtyard separates it from the main house at the front of the block, and there is a dedicated side path to the studio from the street. There are also external privacy screens and block-out-blinds inside for further privacy and comfort. The space has a smart tv. Fast and reliable wireless internet is also provided. A travel cot can be provided if needed. Other things to note Infants up to 2 years old are welcome at no additional charge. Please let us know when booking. There are some great parks walking distance from the studio, and plenty of activities to do with little ones in Brisbane and around our area.
