Welcome to ELIXIR, a sheltered & private retreat, a sun-splashed oasis with sensational PRIVATE POOL, exclusively for our 2 guests. Central to everything in Naxos Town. Romantic, cozy PRIVATE BEDROOM by the pool, en-suite PRIVATE BATHROOM. Spacious yard with choice of environments to provide personal space for you. Open space fully equipped kitchen (shared with hosts)/living/dining room. Enjoy your stay! The space ELIXIR is a traditional Cycladic house, the ONLY ONE WITH A PRIVATE POOL at the heart of Naxos Town Center. Only a stone's throw to everything, yet feeling so far away. Friendly, courteous & discreet hosts will give you the best tips and recommendations, so, relax, unwind, and make yourselves at home. ELIXIR accommodates ONLY 2 guests & 2 hosts - no one else lives in or visits the property during the 2 guests' stay. Swimming pool is exclusively for our 2 guests (built in pool steps for easy access). Unregistered guests are not allowed in the property. There are only 2 private bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), on opposite sides of the house, lock on bedrooms' doors, COMPLETELY SEPARATED by the open plan kitchen/living/dining room (ground plan in photos), ensuring guests' much needed PRIVACY. GUESTS' private bedroom and en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) are by the pool. HOSTS' bedroom/bathroom is on the opposite side of the house, by the street. In your private space you will find a GUIDE BOOK filled with tips, places to visit, things to do and see, buses' timetables to beaches & villages, plus your free WiFi code. A mini fridge & a safe deposit box are inside your bedroom's closet. Queen size bed (1,60x2,00mtr-63"x78,7"). - Hot water 24/7. - Free VDSL WiFi - up to 100mbps. - Fully equipped kitchen which you are free to use to prepare your breakfast or meals. Plates, silverware, glasses, stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, espresso machine (capsules), milk shaker mixer, toaster, microwave, cooking pots, frying & baking pans, cooking utensils/kitchen gadgets, cooking supplies (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs & spices). - WATER FILTER on sink tap to refill the glass bottles in your room’s mini-bar fridge and save money & time on buying and carrying plastic bottles. - WASHING MACHINE (free detergent/softener). - Fully air-conditioned, mosquito screens on all (soundproof & reclining) windows. - NO CAR NEEDED. ELIXIR is so close to everything in Naxos Town (Chora), that so much is able to be explored by foot. Guest access Upon arrival, you have your own SET OF KEYS, so you can come and go AS YOU PLEASE. FULL ACCESS to ALL areas, except hosts' private BR/BA, roof top, shed. Cupboards etc. in the open plan common space marked with red tags, and the kitchen refrigerator are for hosts' use only. The white cupboard with plates, cutlery, glasses is exclusively for our 2 guests to use. Free VDSL WiFi - up to 100mbps. Detergent/softener for washing machine is provided (free). I'll be happy to assist you in using it. Please remember to bring your own voltage converters (to 220 Volts) for your chargers. Adapters and extension leads provided upon request (hand over on check out). During your stay We welcome you into our home as friends or family, while giving you the SPACE AND RESPECT you need on your vacation. In Greek, this is called “philoxenia” (hospitality). Your PRIVACY is very important to us. We are very friendly, open minded & courteous hosts. We are vacationing too, so we may not be in the property all the time, except when doing chores, pool maintenance, cooking or sleep. For your reassurance, social distancing & hygiene are our top priorities. My cell phone has mobile internet connection, so, feel free to reach out 24/7. We will gladly help you with advice & recommendations, so that you can get the most out of your stay and have unforgettable and care free vacation. Have fun and enjoy your stay! Other things to note - On CHECK OUT DAY: Guests will be given a receipt regarding the Climate Crisis Resilience Tax of € 8 per daily use (paid on the day of booking). The receipt, signed by the host, includes the following : date of issue (check out date), receipt number, Host's name, address and Tax Registration Number, Guest's name, address, passport number, dates/duration of the stay & the total amount of the fee. - We use cleaning and disinfection protocols for guests' Private Bedroom/Bathroom before your arrival. During guests' stay same cleaning and disinfection protocols are being followed for shared spaces/high-touch areas. - Free hand sanitizer is provided. - For your own safety, please bring your own face masks. - Non EU citizens : In order to rent a car or an ATV (quad) anywhere in Greece, you need to have a valid International Driver's License (also carry your regular driver's license).
