This reformed studio with sunny balcony is located DIRECT at the beach of Porto Soller and offers you an amazing seaview. Very central located and near of many restaurants, bars , supermarkets and shops. Due to the S. orientation you can enjoy the sun on the balcony from morning until afternoon. Perfect location to enjoy the harbor, beach and beautiful hiking trails in the Tramuntana mountain nearby. On top of the price is the touristic tax: 2 euros per night per adult. The space The studio is at two steps from the beach of Puerto de Soller, the shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques are just there. You have a cafeteria in the same building, where you can have breakfast, for example. It is fitted with fiber Wifi and internet tv with channels from all over the world. Double glazed windows. There is air conditioning (warm/cold) in the living room and in the sleeping area, which is ideal to enjoy the studio in summer as well as in winter. Other things to note Due to location at the first beach line, nearby bars and restaurants, the area is very lively, especially in summer. Below the apartment there is a bar, therefore you might hear noise. The apartment is on the first floor of a building, so there are some steps to reach the studio. As you can see in the bedroom area picture, the blinds in the sleeping area are only partially open. The views you can see in other pictures are from the balcony, directly accessible from the living/dining room. On top of price is the touristic tax: 2 euros per adult per night, payable through Airbnb (you will receive a request a few days before your arrival) or in cash by arrival.
