The space Our room is one of the most special room with great pool view. The room is comfortable studio type with fully furnish. It is a perfect apartment for a couple or singer people. We also have cooking counter and cooking stuffs. Facilities in our room includes conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, sofa, office table, dining table and chairs, bath towels, floor mats, etc. to create a warm and convenient atmosphere for your stay. Guest access Public swimming pool, gym, library, community club meeting room, parking lot, entire room. Other things to note 1. This complex is a newly completed civilized community. Please do not make loud noise. Pets are not allowed to bring in. 2. If the guest forgets the key in the room, we only can send the key to you from Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00. If you need us send the key before 9:00 am or after 17:00 and on Saturday and Sunday, guest must pay 500 THB for key extra delivery service. If the guest lost the key or the key card , guest will be fined (key 800 THB, door card 800 THB) 3. Guest stay in this property more than 5 days have to pay the water and electricity fee (the host will check and show water and electricity when check-in and check-out ). The water fee is 45THB/cubit and the electricity fee is 5THB/unit。 If the tenant does not pay the utility bill, host will deduct it from the room deposit. 4. We don't provide toilet tissue, soap and other toiletries; we provide two bath towels, if you need add extra bath tower, it will charge 150 BTH/ps. 5. During guest staying, if the house and the facilities are damaged or lost by the guest, guest should compensate follow the negotiated price.
