Our spacious, bright, cool and fully equipped apartment can comfortably fit up to 5 (+1) persons. The space The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a very elegant 18th century building, with an art Deco facade, in the district of Campo di Marte, which hosts the most modern sports centres in Florence. It's a quiet, green residential area and is near many useful services such public swimming pools, tennis, gyms, parks, restaurants, pizzerias, milk-bars, supermarkets (50 m from Esselunga, 100 m from Liedle, 500 m from Coop), street markets, shopping centres and banks. The main city areas are easily accessed by means of public transport. It also houses the second railway station of Florence which connects you with the main railway station in only 1 minute. The apartment is located in Via Milazzo, which is a quiet residential street. It's a very bright apartment, of about 85 sq.m, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, a living room or third bedroom (bed for 1 and half), a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, electrical fan-forced oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine), an ample bathroom (featuring a hydromassage cabin, with 6 jets of hydromassage, touchscreen radio, steel seat, extractable shower head, adjustable central shower head), a small storeroom, a balcony and small garden. Furnished with quality fittings, designed and crafted by Florentine cabinetmakers, and wall paintings by local artists, The Guarnieri brothers. It also contains independent heating, ventilation fans, TV, telephone, and WiFi via an ADSL connection. Suitable for children - a baby-cot and high chair are available on request. An obvious perfect choice for either a family, or up to five (plus one) persons, who want to enjoy a visit to Florence and, at the same time, have excellent and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price. The apartment is only 20 minutes by bus from the historical centre of Florence, 20 minutes to walk from the Arno River, and 30 minutes from the Uffizi Gallery. We make reservation of tickets for the museums!! Organization of vineyards and wine tasting tours! The best way to reach the centre of the city or the train station is to take the No 6 Bus (bus stop ‘Filarocca’ direction S. Frediano). The bus stop is situated just 50 metres from the apartment, but there are other buses that you can take for other destinations in the city. For example: No. 3 Bus (bus stop ‘Filarocca’ at 50 m) heads to South Florence; No. 20 Bus (bus stop ‘Filarocca’ at 50 m) heads to Dalmazia Square; No. 10 Bus (bus stop ‘Piscina Costoli 01’ at 50 m) heads to San Marco Square; No. 11 Bus (bus stop ‘Caselli’ at 300 m) heads to San Marco Square, Santa MN station and over the river to the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. Alternatively, with the same ticket for the city bus, you can also take the train at the Campo di Marte Station (100 m) which will take you to the main railway station of SMN in only 1 minute. In comparison with an apartment located in the city centre, which can be noisy and have heavy traffic, you can relax comfortably in the evenings without any traffic or street noise, while you enjoy a rest in the beautiful garden. There is parking very close to the apartment! Siena and San Gimignano can be reached easily by SITA bus from Florence (Via S. Caterina da Siena 17R), Pisa, Lucca and Arezzo by train from S.M. Novella railway station. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property. 2. Smoking in the house is not allowed! You can smoke on the balcony or in the garden. Smoking violations are subject to a 250 Euro fine plus the cost to clean, deodorise, and repair damages. 3. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 5. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. 6. Avoid crowds and noise to avoid disturbing the neighbours. Avoid parties and guests in the house. 7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys (€ 200.00). 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the owner. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit. 9. All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID during our check-in process to verify their identity. 10. Check-in after 14.00. Check-out before 10.00. Check-in between 20.00 to 22.00 has an additional cost of € 25.00. The check-in after 22.00 has an additional cost of € 50.00. On availability and on written request by e-mail, you can also request a late check-out (check-out after 10.00) with an extra cost of 50% of the daily price. 11. Utilities (gas, electricity and water have to be paid for periods longer than 1 week). For stays longer than 12 days a deposit of 300 Euro is asked at arrival. 12. Specific garbage collection instructions are given, please ensure that no garbage is left in the apartment. 13. Always make sure to turn off the lights before leaving the apartment. 14. All children are welcome, but we ask the parents to check they don’t damage or ruin the walls, the furniture and works of art on display in the house. 15. Linen and towels are provided, together with hair-drier, iron, ironing board and fans. 16. Basic cooking supplies are also provided such as vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea, etc., as well as some toilet paper rolls, soap, shampoo, detergents for bath, kitchen and soap for the washing machine. These goods will not refill during your stay. Supermarkets for any other necessity are at only 5 min by feet, open all day long, also on Sunday. 17. Don’t leave plates and pots in the sink. Please clean the kitchen and everything you used before you leave. 18. Do not forget to close all doors and windows before leaving the apartment. Thank you for leaving the apartment in the same clean condition in which you found it! You may use whatever you find for your comfort and enjoyment, but please be careful as you will have to pay for the replacement of any broken or damaged item. Thank you for your cooperation.
