Small house in the countryside - 4 people - 3 or 4 beds

Fully renovated house, located on our property but totally independent and quiet. It can accommodate up to 4 people maximum (including babies) The space On the ground floor: - A living room with an equipped kitchen: including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher (2 tablets are provided), induction hobs, filter coffee maker, TV - A bathroom with a walk-in shower - Separate toilet with handwasher. - A reserve with washing machine, vacuum cleaner and maintenance equipment. 2 tea towels, a bath mat, and a hand towel are provided and changed between each reservation. Upstairs (staircase access): - One bedroom with 2 90x190 beds (roller shutter+ blackout curtain) - A bedroom with a bed of 160x200 or possibility of 2 beds of 80x200 (roller shutter) The beds are equipped with mattress pads, duvets and pillows are available. Outdoors: A terrace with dining table and chairs (umbrella and BBQ available). A shaded terrace with a lounge. Access to the garden is also possible. The property is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate. Pets not allowed. No smoking allowed Optional and upon request: - bed linen and towels (€10 per person) - Free provision of baby equipment: umbrella bed with extra mattress and changing table/high chair/bathtub/baby dishes/ bottle warmer. An additional €10 per night will be charged per baby (if the total number of people is 5 and +, including baby) Guest access The house is fully reserved for guests. The garden is to be shared with the hosts but large enough for everyone to have their privacy. A 2nd cottage is available if you wish to travel in a group! Other things to note There is a fish pond on the property. It is forbidden to swim in it or feed the fish. Children remain under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents.
