Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, bathroom, balcony. Free parking on the boulevard. Close to Le Touquet 5 km, Merlimont, Etaple and Berck 10 km. Close to markets and golf Family seaside resort! The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Entrance with cupboard, vacuum cleaner, broom, fans, hangers. Equipped kitchen (Nespresso, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator, extractor hood, large countertop). The living room is composed of a sofa bed (1 duvet 220 x 240 and 2 pillows), 1 television, 1 table and 4 chairs. A baby bed is available (bed linen not provided). Bathroom consisting of a bathtub with integrated shower, toilet, hairdryer. A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed (1 220 x 240 duvet and 2 French-made luxury duvet pillows), wardrobe. Well-equipped 30 m2 apartment + balcony (table and chairs). Private car park Linen is not provided (as well as the bath mat) but if you wish we offer linen rental (sheets + towels) at Opale conciergerie who will contact you for the handover of the keys. 20 euros/double bed Please let us know your order before your stay. For cleaning fees, 30 euros will be requested upon arrival. (For the weekend of the Le Touquet Enduro, a deposit check of 500 euros will be requested, not cashed, it will be returned to you quickly in the form of a photo of the torn check). Guest access Access to the accommodation made by Opale Conciergerie with delivery of keys and remote control of the private parking. (For any late arrival on the first day of your stay, you will be invoiced by the concierge (when the keys are handed over): From 8:00 p.m. €15.00, from 10:00 p.m. €25.00, from 11:00 p.m. €35.00, from 12:30 a.m. + €10 per additional hour)
