The house is located in the historic center of Scicli, in the quiet residential district of "Logge", 200 meters from Via Mormino Penna, a UNESCO heritage site and location of the Commissariat of the fictional Montalbano. The "Loggia blu'" has recently been renovated and is adjacent (but independent) from the "Loggia gialla". Beyond the entrance hall it consists of a Living room (kitchen and sofa bed), a bedroom and a private bathroom. Paid car parking in the garage next door upon request (subject to availability.)
