All on one floor, room 1 with double bed, with dresser for clothes and room 2 with 2 single beds (trundle bed), with closet . All bedrooms, kitchen and 1 living room window have mosquito nets. Full bathroom with shower tray, towel warmer, and equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, oven, ground coffee maker, kettle, and toaster). Outside, garden with table and chairs for 4 people, hammock and wood-burning barbecue area (restricted use in summer) with sink. The guest's exclusive use area is the house's garden. There are other spaces on the property that are for community use and, occasionally, this space may not be available. Access via a dirt road, vehicle access is essential. Parking on the property. Cleaning price includes sheets and towels for all guests who check in. It's important to note that this space may not be accessible at times. If you wish, you can confirm availability during your stay. Other things to note During your stay, the gardener may need to carry out maintenance work on the property. The house is 1 km from the urban center, access to the property is by a sandy road so a slightly high vehicle is recommended. During the months of June, July and August the use of the barbecue is not allowed due to the risk of fire. The house does not have heating, there is a fireplace and split air conditioning and heat pump in the dining room.
