In the heart of Parque Natural del Corredor, a stone's throw from Barcelona, Girona and the beaches of the Maresme. The space the Montnegre and end the day watching the sun set behind the forest. Here, time passes differently and nature sets the pace for each stay. The 60 m² house, on one floor, has been designed for enjoying a few days of rest with all the amenities. From practically all the rooms, you can enjoy open views of the mountain. The living-dining room is a warm and cozy space, with a fireplace for cooler evenings, air conditioning with a heat pump (only in the living room), a Smart TV and a motorized security shutter. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single pull-out beds, both with space to store clothes. For your convenience, the rooms, the kitchen and one of the living room windows have mosquito nets. The bathroom features a large shower tray and a heated towel rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, ground coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to feel at home. Outside, you'll find a private garden where you can enjoy an outdoor breakfast, relax in the hammock under the trees, or share a meal in the built-in barbecue area with a sink (its use may be restricted during the summer due to fire prevention regulations). The garden next to the house is exclusively for guests. The property has other shared areas that may be used by the owners on an occasional basis. Access is via a dirt road in good condition, so it is advisable to arrive by vehicle. Free parking is available within the property. The cleaning fee includes sheets and towels for all registered guests. Nature is part of the experience. Depending on the time of year, you can see grazing sheep, deer, wild boar, or even a fox, making each stay an opportunity to reconnect with the environment. Located in the Corredor Natural Park, just 10 minutes from the AP-7 (Sant Celoni-Vallgorguina exit), 1 km from downtown Vallgorguina and about 15 km from the beaches of the Maresme, it is the ideal base for combining nature, mountains and the sea in one getaway. If you are looking for a few days of tranquility, fresh air and relaxation, this retreat in the woods is waiting for you. Guest access The property has a shared swing area that guests can enjoy whenever it is available. Occasionally, this space may not be accessible due to maintenance or use by the owners. If it is an important aspect of your stay, we will be happy to inform you about its availability before your arrival. Other things to note To keep the property in the best condition, the gardener may perform specific maintenance tasks during your stay. The house is located 1 km from the center of Vallgorguina. Access is via a well-maintained rural dirt road. An off-road vehicle is not necessary, although we recommend a car with a medium or high ground clearance for added convenience. Due to fire prevention regulations in forest areas, the barbecue cannot be used from March 15 to October 15. The house does not have central heating. To ensure a comfortable stay, the living room is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning with a heat pump, which provide climate control for the living area.
