Guests will access the condo by keypad. The code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The check-in time is 4 p.m. and the check-out is at 10 a.m. We offer ONE parking space. It 735 sq feet on a second floor (no elevator) You will have an access to a large pool with chairs, tables and umbrellas provided for you enjoyment (code required to access the area). There are also a public bathroom and a shower available. At the back of the pool you will find a private deck ideal for fishing or watching dolphins that often come to feed on ample supply of fish in the intercostal. There are several BBQs for all guests to enjoy. The beach access is right in front of our building. If you need any recommendations like restaurants, bars, things to do, supermarkets or gyms I can definitely help out. The best way to reach me is via email. I usually respond within a couple of hours. You will have a free parking pass for one vehicle and it is very easy to get around. You can travel along Gulf Boulevard and reach all other islands like Clearwater Beach, Belair Beach, Reddington Beach, Madeira beach and St Pete beach, all along the same scenic route. There is also a Trolley Bus going along Gulf Boulevard. Guests enjoy the beach, a fishing deck right behind the pool and a wonderful restaurant Salt Rock Grill right next door to our condo complex.
