City of Salida, Short Term Rental License #0573 The space This is a 2 bedroom + enclosed loft, 1 bath house with a living room, big kitchen and back yard. The loft functions as a 3rd bedroom but does not have a door to the room (a staircase leads up to the upstairs space.) Please see the floorplan in photos. We have two home office areas, upstairs is a fully ergonomic workstation with an adjustable height desk and ergonomic task chair, downstairs is a second desk set up (non-adjustable antique desk). Other things to note * Short Term Rental tax increases* Salida recently passed two regulations that increased taxes on short term rentals effective 1/1/2023. This means that $30 per night goes straight towards these new lodging tax initiatives. This is in addition to the state, county and city taxes you will also see on your final booking details.
