Relax in our cozy cottage nestled in a serene garden setting, the perfect get-away after a day of business meetings or sightseeing. We are close to major Silicon Valley destinations; 30 minutes from San Francisco, San Jose and the beach in Half Moon Bay —with easy access to Highways 101 and 280, as well as public transportation (SamTrans, Caltrain and BART via Caltrain). Our quiet street is an easy 5-minute walk (0.2 mi) from downtown San Carlos with shops and literally dozens of restaurants. The space This light and airy, detached cottage features sky lights and large windows with expansive garden views. A private entrance allows you to come and go according to your own schedule. While you are here, you can settle into the luxurious queen bed, work or have a light meal as you enjoy the garden outside. Our tree-lined street in a family oriented neighborhood is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep. At the same time, we are just a few minutes’ walk (0.2 mi) from San Carlos’s busy little downtown, crowded with restaurants of nearly every kind. Perfect for business travelers, couples visiting the San Francisco Bay Area, or solo sight-seers. The guest house is in the backyard of the property. We live in the main house. There is a separate entrance through a gate on the side of the house.
