Private bedroom and bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. If booking for 4 to 5 people living room will be private as well. I am only home here and there maybe 25% of the time during the month so majority of the time you will have the house all to yourself. Walking distance to the downtown area with breweries, wineries, restaurants, etc. flag hill park (awesome views at night of the cities). You get a starter kit of amenities, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies The space The living room is very spacious, my couch has recliners and I have a reclining chair as well. I have a smart tv which my guests are welcome to use my Amazon prime for movies and TV shows. I do not have basic TV or cable. Access to a separate laundry room shared with myself and my 2 completely separate detached back houses (which are usually always booked by long term airbnb guests and usually park in the back alley with access to the property from the back alley). Guests can reach me by phone calls, texts, and airbnb messages. Other things to note the hallway has a pocket door so the bedroom to the bathroom can be fully private. Also, if booking for 4 to 5 people the living room has a pocket door so it can be fully private as well
