La Tillaie, Guest House between Saintes and Oléron

You will appreciate this 40 m2 room, renovated in 2021 for its comfort, king size bed, sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, dressing room and for its decor mixing the old and the design. Our house is located in a pretty village of Saintonge, close to Saintes, Rochefort, Royan and Oléron. La Rochelle is 45 minutes away. Several restaurants and shops. At the gates of this village, you will find, according to your preferences, Art and Culture, Nature and Countryside or Beach and Ocean. The space We invite you to stay for a while in our 19 th century mansion, Charentaise in stone completely renovated 2015-2016. We have kept what makes it charming, the floors, the beams, the fireplaces... while giving it a facelift in terms of decoration and comfort. Outside, the buildings, built by a river, form a courtyard that we have furnished with a summer dining room and barbecue, a summer lounge, terrace and deckchairs. In our house, you have access to the living room-library, the terrace and its deckchairs, the garden and the summer lounge. In addition, we provide free private access to the spa one hour per day. Private access to the sauna is €20 for 45 minutes for 1 or 2 people
