The space Welcome to a modern fresh and cozy apartment in a quiet area of downtown Sofia. The place features a large living room/bedroom with two areas: a sleeping area with a clever Murphy (wall) bed and a living area with a big comfy sofa and a 4K TV. Just outside you find the private yard. Especially during the warmer months you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the crisp morning breeze, in the garden. Exploring further, we arrive at the large and fully equipped kitchen. You find all the necessary appliances and big working space to prepare your favourite meals or grab a quick drink and snack. There is a blender, microwave, cattle, toaster, coffee machine and much more. The fridge is spacious in order to keep fresh as many products and ingredients as you like. Last but not least, the roomy bathroom takes you to the 'playa' and brightens up your mood. Guest access It's all yours :) Other things to note N.B. 1: Upon check in, I am asking you for your names and ID/passport number in order to register you at the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism as a guest, i.e. like in the hotels. Later, I am being taxed by them on a monthly basis for all guests. N.B. 2: Don't make loud noise after 10 p.m., thanks.
