All bedrooms are equipped with quiet air conditioners, fans and small fridges. Each bedroom also has an exotic large open roof bathroom with a rain shower, big mirrors and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge (freezer), blender, toaster, portafilter coffee machine and enough storage for groceries. Enjoy fast wifi through fiber internet. Enjoy the tropical nature of Sri Lanka from your home with a fish pond, monkeys you can watch swinging from tree to tree and mungos and chipmunks in the garden. Guest access House boy Nisham and manager Athula, who lives close to the villa, are available at the property upon your arrival and will give you the keys. Athula will stay in touch with you to assist with any kind of amenities. Other things to note We provide towels for the bathrooms and for the beach. Villa Alexia offers continental breakfast for $7 per person for kids under 8 eat for free. A professional chef can be arranged upon your request & cook western and authentic Sri Lankan dishes as per your wish can cook group or individually price can be negotiable with chef directly. Nisham my house boy will be at the villa 6 days a week for basic cleaning of kitchen and swimming pool also rooms turndown every 3 days. He can also organize basic groceries by request for a small extra charge. Tuktuk driver and scooter for rent can be arranged please Check with Athula or Nisham will be assisting you.
