We are offering a king-size bedroom & a children's room with a single bed & the option of an air bed on the floor within our family home, set in generous gardens in rural Bristol. Within our shared home (this is not a separate annex,we live here too)you will have a private bathroom, sitting room with log burner, Wifi & street parking. Conveniently located for Bristol Airport, with easy access into Bristol, Ashton Court, Ashton Gate Stadium, & train links to London, Bath and the SW. The space You will have access to a lovely, newly renovated private room with king-size bed, and a children's bedroom with a single bed and the option of a single air bed on the floor, both within a warm and comfortable family home (this is not a separate annex and we do live in the property). There is some wardrobe and drawer space for your use. Your private bathroom has a bath and shower. Your sitting room overlooks the back garden so you can relax in peace, with bi-fold doors to access it when the sun is shining. There is a 55-inch 4K OLED TV (with Netflix & Amazon Prime available), a Blu-ray player with surround sound, a comfy reclining sofa and a log burning stove. Our home is perfectly situated in the quiet village of Flax Bourton, surrounded by beautiful countryside whilst only about 7 miles on direct transport links to Bristol City Centre. It is close to the M4 & M5, Bristol Airport, Bristol Harbourside, Bristol City Centre, Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Court and Clifton village. There is a children's park within walking distance; the local farm shop is just over a mile away and the nearest convenience store is 2 miles away. Guest access We have a large garden with outdoor seating which you are welcome to use. You will be given a key to our house so you are free to come and go as you please. During your stay We will sometimes be available to meet you when you arrive and leave, but if we are at work we will direct you to the key safe and welcome sheet which explains anything you might need to know before we get home. We are very relaxed hosts. Should you want any advice on exploring the area, information on transport links or suggestions for places to eat or drink we are more than happy to help; alternatively if you wish to be left in peace then no problem - up to you! Other things to note Please note that we have a friendly cat, although she is not allowed in your room (we keep the door shut at all times). We also have a friendly dog who is not allowed upstairs. This is a family home and we have two boys aged 10 and 12. They will not use your private bathroom or sitting room though so you can still get some privacy and peace! There is a small, un-fenced pond in the garden and the climbing frame visible in some of the pictures has been removed for safety reasons.
