This spacious loft-style apartment features a living room with French doors leading to a courtyard, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette with hobs and microwave oven. It's the perfect spot for couples looking to be close to the best restaurants and wine bars, or for writers and artists seeking a cozy retreat in the historical area of South Street. The space Step inside and discover the main living area, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light filtering in through the large sash windows. This charming space, located in an old 1880s converted workshop, includes a separate toilet, a cosy albeit tiny bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and bathroom with a rainfall shower. The open-plan design of the main living area includes a kitchenette and a dining area situated under a skylight. Here, you'll also find a comfortable sofa and an additional fold-down sofa bed, as well as a smart TV with Netflix. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer located just outside the side door, and outdoor table and chairs, as well as a grapevine that produces grapes late in the summer. The entire space is private and yours alone. Guest access You'll have access to the apartment through the street front, which leads to the loft. You'll have unlimited wifi, gas hot water, a smart TV, and air conditioning at your disposal. The location is very private and quiet for a central CBD location, located in a pretty tree-lined street near the cathedral. Other things to note My space is a very old 1880s building in the historical part of Nelson - A converted workshop. The bedroom is very small and may not suit those who have accessibility issues. You will enter through the shop front on the main street. Please keep the shop front locked at all times.
