Small *** cottage, ideal for a romantic or relaxing break, in the heart of nature (state forest, many ponds...) without moving away from "civilization" in a Dole – Arbois – Lons-le-Saunier triangle. In this region rich in cultural, gastronomic and wine heritage, offering remarkable natural sites, ideal for hiking, bike rides, swimming in lakes and rivers, fishing... or simply bird watching :-) Bike shelter - Pets allowed The space Independent studio of 30 m2 + upstairs, 16 m2 for a bedroom in the attic allowing you to have your head in the stars. It has been renovated with noble and natural materials in an eco-responsible approach with a focus on comfort (insulation, air conditioning...). It is located in the side part of the garden of our house where a terrace area is dedicated to you. Garden table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue are available. This cottage is ideal for 2 people who are thirsty for nature with many possible walks in the forest. It can also serve as a starting point for cultural visits or visits to remarkable sites. It is not suitable for young children. For full transparency, we'd like to point out that another cottage (60 m2), Estuvi - La Sittelle Enchantée, is offered at the other end of the main house. Each of the cottages has an outside area dedicated to it.
