Welcome to Donald’s Duck, a fun, family beach cottage just a 5-minute walk to the beach (to the East) and the heart of Duck (to the West) with restaurants and shops! The renovated kitchen is fully stocked and a foodie’s dream! Pack your clothes and we'll provide the rest. Linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, body boards, cooler, beach towels, and bikes are included. NO PETS-NO HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE GROUPS. The space Welcome to our conveniently-located home that features a PRIVATE HEATED SALTWATER POOL & HOT TUB, 4 decks, outdoor backyard lounge, two outdoor dining options, 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an outdoor shower and washer/dryer. Layout The first floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with a TV with AppleTV and a private deck and entrance, the 2nd bedroom is great for kids with 4 twin beds (one bunk and a trundle bed). The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Upstairs is the fully-stocked kitchen, dining room and living room with front deck and outdoor table for dining. The primary bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. The bedroom also has a private deck that overlooks the backyard. The living room is upstairs with a 50" inch TV with Apple TV and cable channels via YouTubeTV app and streaming services. WIFI signal is strong throughout the house and backyard. Linens and towels are included. We provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of the trundle bed in which case the sheets are provided upon request. We also provide 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, 1 beach towel per person, and 2 hand towels per bathroom. Additional towels available, upon request, for an additional fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. We provide all you need to enjoy the beach - chairs, umbrella, beach buggy and cooler. Beach toys and boogy boards for the kids are provided as well as fun games like corn hole and board games. Our goal is for you to just show up with your personal items and have a fully equipped beach experience as if it was your own beach house. Other things to note Pool heater is optional. There is a $40/night fee for use of the pool heater. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated when booking and we will adjust the pricing.** Pool heating is generally not needed for the peak season (mid-June through early-September). Pool is open from mid-March through mid-October, weather dependent.
