Île d'Oléron is a large studio on the 2nd floor. It is fully equipped (with even a shopping cart for shopping at the market). It is rated two stars. it is very quiet and very sunny, not overlooked. Other things to note Reservations with the discounted rate for stays longer than 4 weeks are only possible between December and April. For stays longer than a week, electricity consumption must be added to the rental price. (€0.17 per kWh) Between May and September, a package of €30 (175 kWh) per week is included in the rental rate.
