Views and Moos - Tent Goonook

Situated at the top of a paddock and secluded by our small orchard, the 4m bell tent sleeps 2 adults and the view is nothing short of spectacular. The tent is perched on the top deck, whilst the lower deck offers a BBQ & a bar also comfortable chairs for relaxing and taking in the view. A fire pit is provided in the cooler months. Inside is furnished with cozy rugs, a double bed and relaxing boho vibe. Its the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery surrounded by birdsong & nature. The space Welcome to “Views and Moos” Whether for a romantic relaxing rest or an adventurous stint away, we know you will enjoy the beautiful scenery as much as we do. Here you also have the opportunity to be up close & personal with our farm friends. Scoop our resident Red Cattle Dog, our small herd of cows & 2 horses, all love being hand fed and especially love bread and carrots. Only 45 minutes north of us is the jewel of the Mid North Coast - Ellenborough Falls, situated on the Bulga Plateau. One of the highest single falls in the Southern Hemisphere and if that doesn't tire you out there is the beautiful Rawson Falls situated in the Boorganna Nature Reserve at Innes View. You will also find Bago Maze & Vineyard a lovely drive east through the picturesque hinterlands of Byabarra where you can experience winetasting, cheese platters & enjoy the beautiful surroundings.. We have beautiful beaches such as Crowdy Head, Black Head & Harrington - with its gorgeous river, and Forster/Tuncurry with its stunning acqua water & coastal towns of North Haven & Dunbogan all only a 45 minute drive. However, do not miss Historic Wingham only 15 minutes drive, a quaint village on the banks of the Manning River with award winning cafes & old world charm. The Bell tent sleeps 2 in a double bed. We can accommodate 2 more guests in our Mountain View room. Details found at The bathroom & kitchenette are only shared between guests staying in the tents & extra guests you may bring along staying in the Mountain View Room. In addition to the full bathroom amenities in the main house there is a private camping toilet beside Tent Goonook for those middle of the night emergencies! The owners have private amentities in a completely separate part of the house.
