Located in Kalyves, a seaside village just 20 min from the historic port city of Chania & 40 min from Rethymno, it is conveniently positioned as a starting point for excursions. It's only a 5-min drive from a blue flag awarded beach, with many nearby hiking-cycling trails to explore the surrounding countryside, villages, & outdoors. The space The entrance to the house is graced by an impressively tall plane tree, leading through the patio and into the entrance and living area of the home. Here you will find a full kitchen, dining table, and living room with couch and arm chair and TV, and the full windowed bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one may need to make themselves at home (dishes and silverware, cooking basics, coffeemaker, oven, stovetop, full fridge, and a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with three double beds, leading out to the backyard which is enclosed with its private pool, in a peaceful countryside setting. Upstairs you will find the second bedroom, with one double bed and one single bed, which leads to the terrace, boasting unobstructed mountain and tree views. Wifi is available throughout the listing, and is free, and there is also on site free parking. Other things to note The house is divided into two apartments, each completely private. The second apartment is normally not occupied, only sometimes by the host, and can also be requested for rent if you would like to travel with a larger party, or extended family.
