While we are away abroad, we are looking for hosts who will take care of our family home. It is located in a very quiet residential area close to the city center, local shops and public transport (bus stop 100 meters away). Minimum one week rental, preferably from Saturday to Saturday Discount for a rental of 1 month or more (-55%). The space You'll love: - a newly renovated home with its wooden floors and contemporary decor - a 300 m² garden facing south with its swing, - its tranquility - its accessibility to the "must-sees" of Brest: city center, cinema, Plateau des Capucins, university, port, castle, shops, organic market. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house including the garden. On the other hand, the attic and the garage will remain inaccessible (except access to the boiler and electric meters) Other things to note The house does not have protections for children (including safety gates). Nevertheless, possibility of an umbrella bed, a high chair, a stroller DVDs and some games for children (including board games) For security reasons, we prefer to lock our wood stove (so it will be unusable)
