A cosy guest house near the sea

A separate guest house with all amenities. 10-12 minutes on foot to the sea . A sand beach. 10 minutes by bus to a large shopping center. 30-40 minutes by public transport to the center of Odessa .The price includes accommodation for 4 people. It is possible to add up 2-3 people for an additional fee. The space A cosy detached guest house for 4 - 6 people. There are all conditions: a kitchen with dishes, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, cold and hot water, an iron and an ironing board.The house has two bedrooms. In one of them there is a kingsize bed and a sofa, in another one there is a sofa and an extra bed. In front of the house there is a beautiful veranda with a large table. There is free parking.There is a BBQ. Firewood for barbecue is for an additional fee. It is possible to organize trips around Odessa/to the catacombs/ sea fishing. Guest access House Rules Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when leaving the house Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Smoking is not allowed. Other things to note It is possible to organize a transfer from / to the station or airport in Odessa on a comfortable minibus. The transfer fee is 10 $ one way.
