A frame with the wifi password is displayed for guests' convenienced. - A fee of 150php for each guest to be able to use the amenities (gym, pool etc). - No smoking, no loud noises and no cooking of foods that has strong odor (condo policy). - Garbage area is located at the EXIT sign, black bagsare provided in the drawer. - No netflix or cable but a flashdrive with movies is provided. - Kindly switch off aircon,lights and tv when leaving the unit. - Submit/scanned passport or Primary Identification card before check-into facilitate an easy check-in process for you. - Please bring your trash at the garbage room located at the Fire exit - We ask your cooperation to please do your share in saving the environment by turning off the lights and AC when you leave the unit - 1 night minimum - cleaning fee applies before your check-in we are not accepting cleaning services as we give privacy to our guest and for security reasons - one time set-up for toiletries, linens and towels - It would be much appreciated if you maintain our place clean and in good condition
