On the ground floor there is a large living room deliciously furnished with a single sofa bed, a double sofa bed, a large table, fireplace, kitchen with everything you need and toilet. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a bathroom with shower, balcony and air conditioning. The view from the bedroom balcony will leave you breathless! Guest access The Villa is situated on a hill surrounded by olive trees, old pines, and a wood. It is easily accessible by car via a paved road, just 10 minutes from the high-traffic road, and is ideal for those who love to cycle. The large outdoor space includes a football natural grass pitch, a seesaw and a swimming pool (12.50m x 6.50m, depth 1.10m to 2.80m, including a children's area 0.40m deep) open from May to September, from 8 am to 7.30 pm, with a sunbathing area and a diving board, umbrellas, and sun loungers. Just outside the house is a romantic ivy-covered gazebo with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. Other things to note The Calabrò family also lives in the villa next to your accommodation, and you'll share the common outdoor spaces with them. The pool is rarely used, so it will feel almost private. Our sweet Labrador, Chira, roams freely in the park. If she causes any inconvenience, please let us know, and we will keep her in her kennel.
