We have tried to make it as eco-friendly as possible and want guests to have a fun and enjoyable experience by the Ionian. The space Presented across 200 square meters this penthouse comes with a balanced indoor and outdoor space. Located in a private residential development with its own gate, common grounds and pool, the apartment is on the top floor, benefiting from elevator access. Our penthouse features three carefully designed bedrooms with king sized beds. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and airy with small balconies in addition to the nearly 120 square meters terrace with sea views. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area caters to family and friends travelling together. The modern bathrooms feature modern appliances and rain showers. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine for morning coffee with views of Corfu Island across the sea. The showers are powered via solar panels and all rooms are air-conditioned. Wifi available. Please note the pool is run by the building and it’s a separate fee if open.
