Wayside is a beautiful, period house in a rural village setting 15 minutes drive to Lincoln city centre. It’s an ideal base for Lincolnshire's attractions and events. There is a kitchen , utility ,dining room , orangery and lounge , two kingside bedrooms and bathroom and a downstairs king size bedroom with en suite shower. There is a pretty garden and local woodland and country walks . Wayside is ideal for friends and families wanting a luxurious space to share and make memories. The space An 1850's, refurbished house with beautiful period features including cast iron fireplaces and Victorian bathroom. There are three bedrooms , two bathrooms , a well equipped kitchen and utility. There are two sitting rooms with large screen TV's and a very splendid dining room . Wayside sleeps up to six adults comfortably. There is a pretty front garden and a with patio furniture where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cuppa! There is parking for three vehicles on the property Milk , tea , coffee and toiletries are provided complimentary. Travel cot , high chair , baby bath can be provided on request . Guest access You have the full run of the house and we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy themselves by making themselves at home , Its fine to use anything in the cupboards including children's toys , games and DVD's and basic food provisions and toiletries that are provided complimentary. Other things to note We are a little off the beaten track and sat navs don't always get you directly to our place . We can supply you with great directions and if you still can't find us just give us a call and we'll guide you in.
