Tuscan farmhouse with breathtaking views

La Locanda del Moro is a traditional Tuscany country house located on top of a panoramic hill near the beautiful Sillico medieval borough. Perfect accommodation for couples, families with children with their dogs who need relax or love active holiday with many exciting trekking, canyoning, e-MTB and horse riding excursions. From the swimming pool the guests can enjoy the peace and the surrounding mountains with the necessary privacy and comforts. Welcome where the Tuscany meets the sky. The space The villa is divided in 3 apartments, two are for our guests and one is where we live. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (on request is possible to have the second double bedroom adding the single beds). Bathroom and living room with kitchen well equipped in order to cook, with dishwasher and microwave oven. Private outdoor area with table chairs and sofa and barbecue facility. From the property the view look the Garfagnana Valley, the Appennino National Park mountains and the beautiful Apuan Alps making this place a very enchanted one. La Locanda del Moro is a perfect place where come back after an interesting visit of the historical cities of Lucca, Pisa and Florence, a very comfortable starting point to discover the beautiful corners of the Garfagnana valley by walking, horse riding, bike riding or simply by car. We offer to our guests the possibility to enjoy the Garfagnana wild nature with trekking, e-MTB, speleology and canyoning excursions. Guest access The pool is open from beginning of May to end of September, it measures 6x12 meters and has 8 sun beds and nice veranda. Barbecue facility is located in the outdoor area of each apartment . Private shaded car parking and common outdoor relax and dining area with large table, sofas and gas barbecue facility are shared by the two apartments guests. Jacuzzi is available from October to April on request. It is necessary to book the use minimum 24 hours in advance. This service is available from 12 year old only. First session of 30 minutes costs 15,00 euro per person, each additional 30 minutes session costs 12,00 euro per person. We will be happy to offer a free session of our Jacuzzi to all guests staying for 3 or more nights. However, reservations are required with 24 hours notice. Dogs and pets are very welcome, we only ask 60,00 Euro per week (10,00 Euro per day) for the special cleaning necessary after their stay in the apartment. Other things to note Nearby the property, at 300 meters, there is the medieval village of Sillico, 75 people are living in the borough. There is a nice restaurant where it is possible to taste traditional and seasonal dishes, bar and small alimentary shop.
