Beautiful cottage in Point Piper

This cottage offers your own private space in a beautiful garden. It is positioned in one of Sydney's most prestigious suburbs with walking distance of multiple small beaches (200m) and cafes (500m), the bus stop (80m) and the ferry (1,000m). You can easily explore Sydney (for example, Bondi Beach and the City centre) from our location. The cottage is welcoming, cosy and beautifully decorated and has done a full renovation in April 2025. The space The cottage has 2 rooms (1 bedroom and 1 room for living / dining / kitchette), as well as a small hallway and a bathroom. There is also a separate place with your own Bosch washing machine and dryer. Guest access Access is through the front gate (shared entrance to our house as well as the cottage) along a garden pathway; the cottage is a free standing building not connected to our house.
