This Taal view unit with balcony was designed to provide a relaxing retreat for you and your family. It has a prime location close to great views, restaurants, family friendly activities, casino and night life. You'll love our place because you’ll be amazed with the majestic view from the balcony. The space Our unit is a hotel-inspired condo that's perfect for couples, a small family, and even a group of staycationers who are looking for a complete rest & relaxation. It has 2 premium beds so comfy & cuddly beddings for a restful sleep. Our unit is furnished with a cable tv set, wifi, mini ref, a microwave oven, percolator, and basic set of utensils. Room can accommodate maximum of 4pax only, extra guests will have to pay an additional fee of 700/head per day including infants and children. Guest access All guests will have an access to our Clubhouse. We have an olympic sized indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools with 1 kiddie pool. (pls wear proper swimming attire). Pool usage is 150/head during regular days and 300 during holidays. Time for the pool access is from 8am-10pm. The area is guarded with 24/7 sucurity. Basketball court, play area for kids, billiards, darts, football tables, table tennis, badminton are all free of use. (8am-6pm free, 6-10pm 200/hr) Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE YOU BOOK We will appreciate if you let us know what time we expect of your arrival. We will be needing your valid/ government I.D/Passport upon registration at the frontdesk of the lobby. A security deposit of php 1000 will be collected. This is refundable upon check out. We will collect the key on your check out time, and will return your security deposit in full amount should there be no incidentals incurred. We provide towels and blankets for 2 pax. Extra towels & blankets will be provided upon request, with minimal charge. Cooking inside the unit is not allowed. But microwave and a mini ref is available. Check out time of 11am must be followed. (We can not give any time extension for the benefit of our next guests. Please give us ample time to prepare & clean the unit).
