Beautiful spacious room with plenty of storage in a townhouse in the heart of a residential area. Very nice view, not overlooked. Desk and wifi. Close to East Hospitals. Transportation 100 meters away leading to the city center and train station. Quiet, green (park adjacent to the house) and all shops within a 5-minute walk. Access to kitchen/dining room and shower room adjoining the upstairs bedroom (there are two in the house). Close to Est. Hospitals. Guest access Access to the kitchen and dining room whenever and for as long as guests want. Access to the garden when not in use. During your stay I am available to respond to guests by text, mobile, email or in person if we are in the house together. I am happy to chat with the people I host, but if I feel that they do not really want to talk I understand that and I respect it. I adapt :) I live in the accommodation but most of the time when I'm present I'm in a 'small studio on the ground floor'. The places where I can meet guests are the kitchen and dining room. I have a bathroom in my personal space.
