The Stag Pod with Hot Tub

Our Luxury Pods sleep two guests and are located in a field on our small holding. Complete with Hot tub, king sized bed, underfloor heating, kitchen, ensuite, TV, wifi and living and dining area these wee beauties have everything you need for a romantic getaway. They each have their own private entrance and courtyard with stunning views over our farmland and offer something both unique and tranquill. The space As our newest additions we can now offer a couple of luxury "pods". Don't let their modest footprint fool you, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable escape from it all watiing inside. Each pod accommodates 2 people, and enjoys a pleasing aspect with private views over our Ayshire countryside. No matter what the Scottish weather decides to do, you will be cosy and snug as peas in a pod. We offer a super comfy king-sized bed, with luxurious eqyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels (incl extra for outside at the hottub) and a space to hang your clothes. The hand crafted kitchenette is compact yet has a combi grill microwave and oven, fridge freezer, sink, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. We also provide complimentary Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and Butter. The view from your pod overlooks your own private courtyard, with hottub and seating area. The Shower room is spacious and includes a heated towel rail that is handy to dry swim wear following the hot tub. No additional people in the lodge for any duration of time without prior approval please. Galston is a short car drive away and as well as supermarkets, it has a number of take aways and other locally run shops and services. For those travelling from Further afield, Glasgow centre, Glasgow airport and Prestwick Airport are approximately 30 minutes away, Troon beach is 20 minutes and Mauchline is 15 minutes. Please be aware that we have neighbours so ask guests to respect that and it is a working farm so sometimes you will hear farm machinery / animals! To get to us you will need to drive up our farm track. This is 330m and like most farm tracks whilst we devote a lot of time to its upkeep there may be a few potholes! The hot tub, underfloor heating and hot water are all generated by biomass, a renewable energy source which powers the farms hot water too. We launder all our own bedding and towels, this process is powered by 100% renewable energy and allows us to keep a close eye on quality control! Where possible we have used recycled and sustainably sourced materials throughout the build. We have also used as much recycled furniture as possible to keep its carbon footprint to a minimum. A Damage Deposit of £200 is taken on the day of your arrival and is fully refunded within seven days of your check out date.
