Other things to note NOTED: `**** For Long Stay guest **** more than 2 weeks - The owner requires a security deposit of THB 5,000 which will be returned to you when you move/ check out. You can also pay in equivalent amount in any other currency which is convenient for you. - Price is EXCLUDING electricity and water usage. You must pay THB 8 per unit for electric bill and THB 15 per unit for water bill. (If you turn on air conditioner only, when you sleep at night, then it should be around THB 80 / room /per day.)*** - Cleaning during your stay will not be provided.
