Kirazz Esplanade

Kirazz Esplanade at 21 Esplanade, Kingscote is a comfortable fully self-contained 3 bedroom home overlooking a cliff with uninterrupted Sea Views. The house has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, portable coolers and slow combustion wood heater. A portacot is available by request. There is a BBQ, entertainment area and free offstreet parking. It is located in the main township of Kingscote, Kangaroo Island close to town amenities, jetty, pelican feeding, beach and tourist attractions. Sleeps 7 The space Kirazz Esplanade has an amazing view with a lovely peaceful garden, visited by many local birds. The back yard has fruit trees that you are welcome to sample at fruiting season. Guest access Your reservation is for the entire house. Other things to note When you leave we expect that you leave the house reasonably tidy, the dishes should be washed, dried and put away and the bbq wiped. The house is near the town centre but it is a rural town, the pubs and restaurants shut early. If you are arriving late please be prepared with your meal provisions. There is a good supermarket but it does not stay open late.
