Sector 28 is about one and half kms from botanical metro station and sector 18 metro station . It’s an army sector, quiet and safe locality. We have have electricity backup, WiFi, all modern amenities. The guest bedroom has attached balcony and private bathroom For your clothes and other things ,there’s a cupboard with 2 large shelves next to your bathroom The space Power backup and airy well lit and tastefully done up pad. free wifi, quiet neighborhood, and total privacy for a rejuvenating stay. We have 2 medium size drawers to keep your things / clothes, and couple of hangers. Your bathroom is adjacent to your room, and access is from the living room. My home is cctv monitored at the entrance and garage area for safety. All meals snacks and non-alcoholic beverage ( hot and cold )are homemade and available on prior information, with extra charges over and above the rent. Guest access you can access the living room and dining area, over and above your private space of bedroom and balcony. You can access the kitchen for utensils water etc , but cooking by you not permitted. You will be given your set of keys so that you are free to be in and out without disturbance. However it’s important to inform any plans for late night etc During your stay I expect you to do your own thing. My place is very quiet and serene. However I’m prompt with responding on WhatsApp for anything you need. If something urgent needs to be talked over, I’m ofcourse available. All communication can be done via WhatsApp. We need to update each other about day’s schedule, in and out timings, your request for any meal or anything at all Other things to note Please note- for any of your visitor/ guest you need to take prior permission from me subject to my approval / denial. Guest who stays more than one hour will be charged Rs 1050/- We can accommodate your bookings for longer period based on the booking days and mutually suiting terms and conditions. Homemade, hygienically prepared, healthy meals and snacks and beverages ( non alcoholic) can be provided on prior request. Breakfast Rs 96/- meal: Rs 204/- You can use the living room to have meals etc . please put away used dishes and garbage in kitchen trash cans. My kitchen and fridge are stacked with munchies, soft drinks, juices etc. Please inform me via message whatever you have picked to consume. Please turn off the taps source just to ensure there’s no leakage ( bathroom fittings tend to get corrugated here). Turn on when in use. You are responsible for your things, however feel free to deposit with me any valuables for safekeeping.
