This listing is our home - available to rent once or twice each year :) You’ll love your stay at our comfortable home ideally located in the heart of Sheridan in a quiet neighborhood next to Kendrick Park and Big Goose Creek. It's an easy walk to restaurants, bars, recreation facilities, pathways, performance spaces and more. You’ll love our convenient location, large private backyard perfect for entertaining, and dangerously convenient proximity to the best ice cream stand around :) The space Single-level home in the heart of the action with enough elbow room in the fenced back yard to relax with privacy and calm. *Please note that one of the queen-bed “bedrooms” is our 3-season tree house with comfy queen bed, desk, and deck space. There are 3 steeper stairs to access the treehouse which is tucked away in the backyard about 50 feet from the home. It's a great option for a bit more privacy. We wouldn’t recommend it for those over 65 unless they don’t mind steeper stairs to access. Guest access Our home is your home for your visit. The relaxing front porch and shaded back deck are where we spend a lot of time during spring, summer, and fall. The spacious and private park-like back yard is equipped with hammocks, lawn games, propane grill, fire pit/patio, and more. The backyard treehouse is a lovely seasonal escape with a queen bed, desk and small deck - perfect for anyone in your group that might need a bit more elbow room. Other things to note There are some lovely places to stay in around Sheridan...but we think after your visit you'll agree that our place is in the best location from which to enjoy the feel of this wonderful community!
