This wonderfull new brand villa (01/2018) is compound of 2 bedroom with bathroom ensuite, all equiped kitchen and a private pool Villa Nénuphar is situated in a quiete area close of everything, 10min driving from nai harn beach, 5min from grocery as 7/11 or familly mart You also have lot of restaurants around We also are able to assist you with the following : - transfer to the villa - book activities with preferential prices - rent motorbike or car - show you the bests place in Rawai The space RATE INCLUDES: -Cleaning once per week -Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden -Drinking water and water fees included -Towels and linens provided -Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe RATE EXCLUDES: The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit SERVICES : - Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition - Providing airport transfer - Tours and Activities -Arranging massage at the villa -Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge HOUSE RULES : -Security Deposit: A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out. -Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: -Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am -Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht -Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht -Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant. AMENITIES AND ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE IN RAWAI AREA: -Restaurants, Shopping Centers, hospitals, Pharmacies, Discotheque/Clubs, Bars, Massage, Thai Boxing, Local Market, Horse Riding, Fishing, Island tours, Hiking, Climbing, Golf, Tennis, Kayaking etc. Other things to note Reminder: Everything is included in the booking apart from the electricity consumed during your stay (6 THB per unit). The check-in time is from 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM. If you wish to check-in earlier, you can do depending on the availability. Please note there is an extra fee of 1,000 THB if you check-in after 18:00PM or before 08:00 AM. Late check-out depends on the availability on your check-out day and will be organized with the villa attendant.
